Jessica Lardeo did a fantastic job coordinating our stay at Disney Pop Century Resort. Being “grandparents” and going to attend Disney for the very first time was very intimidating! We had the perfect 1st floor room close to the skyline ride and didn’t even request it as we didn’t know anything about this resort. We were also close to the dining hall and shops. It was a PERFECT stay thanks to Jess😁

“Jess L. made our trip to Universal Orlando seamless! She found our family the best hotel and park rates. She also went above and beyond to help with private transportation to/from the airport. She shared a lot of tips and tricks about the parks which were so helpful! Now, if she could have controlled the rain while we were there….lol But I’m sure if she could have, she would have. Thank you Jess for helping us plan a great vacation!
