“Jess L. made our trip to Universal Orlando seamless! She found our family the best hotel and park rates. She also went above and beyond to help with private transportation to/from the airport. She shared a lot of tips and tricks about the parks which were so helpful! Now, if she could have controlled the rain while we were there….lol But I’m sure if she could have, she would have.
